PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SANDRA OSTAPOVA PILATES SERVICES
By booking and paying for a class with Sandra Ostapova Pilates you are agreeing to ALL terms and conditions below.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
After the payment for a class has been made it is final, non-refundable or exchangeable so please be sure of your purchase.
Your chosen class is not confirmed until payment has been received. As a confirmation for your place you will receive an email.
Classes purchased as a one-off or a block are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or not transferable to another person.
Equipment
We supply all the equipment you will need for a class, however, we highly recommend that you bring your own equipment if possible.
Lost Property
We make all our venues as safe as we can, but your belongings are left in the studio at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or stolen.
If you are struggling with anything in your class, have any problems or concerns, do please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help.
We reserve the right to change the advertised teacher if the teacher is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. No money will be refunded if the class teacher changes.
In extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A full refund will be given to to you.
Liability Release

I understand that my teacher is a qualified and insured Pilates instructor.

I understand that Sandra Ostapova Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I will tell the instructor of anything painful/unusual I experience in the class and between classes.

I will stop doing the exercise if I need to, or follow the alternatives my instructor gives me.

I will keep my instructor updated on any changes in my medical condition.

I understand that all exercise carries risk and I voluntarily participate in Sandra Ostapova Pilates classes with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sandra Ostapova Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Privacy
At Sandra Ostapova Pilates we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it. Any information you give us is used exclusively by Sandra Ostapova Pilates. We do not share any personal information with any third parties, or rent, sell, disclose or distribute your information to any third parties.
We ask everyone who attends a class to fill in a Health Questionnaire. This asks you for name, date of birth, and a phone number and has a large health information section. It also asks you to agree to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If, in the future, you decide that you wish to be removed from our database then please let us know and we will remove your details. If we do not hear from you, will assume that you are happy for us to continue to hold your details and to contact you when needed.
Health Questionnaire forms with your personal information are stored as paper copies in a locked cabinet.

My (Sandra Ostapova Pilates) commitment to you
I will put in place the government guidelines published online at www.gov.uk. These guidelines are aimed at reducing the risk of spreading coronavirus.
I will carry out a risk assessment and make changes to manage social distancing and provide effective infection control.
I will provide you with information about these changes, including any rules that I ask you to follow.
Your commitment to me and other class members
Do not enter the class venue if you or anyone in your household has coronavirus symptoms or is awaiting the results of a coronavirus test.
By entering the class venue you accept that even though we have put in place the government guidelines, you are still at risk of getting coronavirus.
Make yourself aware of the government guidelines published online at www.gov.uk about protecting yourself and others from coronavirus, and follow them. Make yourself aware of the changes we have made and any rules I ask you to follow and follow them.

RISK ASSESSMENT AND COVID-19 PROTOCOL

This protocol has been written from the results of our risk assessment in adherence with "Guidance for people who work in grassroots sport and gym/leisure facilities."

Class Numbers
• Class numbers have been reduced to enable 2 meters distance to adhere to
maximum occupancy requirements as per Government guidance
2. Entry of clients into the studio for class
-
Clients are required to wear a face-covering on entry to the studio up until the class commences. Clients are also required to wear a face-covering once the class has ended whilst they are cleaning the equipment and exiting the building.

Clients are required on entry to complete the COVID SELF DECLARATION FORM whether or not they have any symptoms of COVID-19. This is backed up by regular emails sent to clients to remind them not to attend if they or anyone they have been in contact with has any symptoms of COVD-19 or if they or any household member is awaiting a test result/ has had a positive test result.

Clients will enter one at a time through the main studio doors and will be requested to scan the studio QR CODE.

Clients will sanitize their hands using the provided hand sanitizers

Designated mat locations will be marked with floor tape for clarity. Clients will exercise in a “top and tail’ manner throughout classes to enable maintenance of 2 meters distance between client head position on mats.

Masks or face coverings will be compulsory in the studio as detailed above on entry and exit. During the class face coverings are not recommended as per WHO guidance at this time.

Clients may wear a face-covering during the class if they wish.

The teacher will maintain 2 meters social distance

The teacher will remain 2 meters from clients at all times and will teach verbally and visually with no hands on corrections given
3. Exit the studio

Clients are required to wear their face covering once the class has ended, after cleaning all equipment they have used in the class with antiviral spray (Individual cleaning stations will be at each mat).

Clients are advised regularly via verbal and email reminders and visually using posters around the studio to exit swiftly after their class and not gather in groups to chat.

Clients will exit via the studio doors, sanitizing hands on exit.
4. Cleaning of contact points and cleaning stations after clients have left

There will be a gap of 30 minutes between classes to allow for the following
cleaning procedures after all clients have exited the studio. -
The teacher will clean all antiviral spray bottles and hand sanitizer bottles with antibacterial wipe after each session to ensure cleanliness for the next client.

The teacher will clean door handles and any other contact points

The teacher will then sterilize their hands
5. Equipment
Clients are required to bring their own mat, a bottle of water, and a towel if needed.
Other equipment might be requested and the teacher will give plenty of notice if they are needed.
6. Teacher’s responsibilities

No client or teacher will be allowed to attend the studio if feeling unwell with
Coronavirus symptoms
All clients will be offered the opportunity to attend via Zoom rather than in-person if they wish. Please note that the experience will be different, but every effort will be made to ensure the learning experience is as positive as possible.
