HELLO, I AM SANDRA

After years of practicing Pilates, I have decided to leave my fashion career behind and become a certified Pilates instructor. Ever since making this decision I never looked back. As well as physical benefits, I found Pilates extremely useful for mental wellbeing. Soon after becoming Pilates Instructor, I decided to level up, deepen my knowledge and qualify as a Personal Trainer. I am particularly passionate about female health and the relationship between fitness and women's cycle. 

MY APPROACH

Whether you are a member of the Strong + Happy community or having private classes with me, as your trainer I am asking for a commitment to show up for your practices. It might not be 100% every time you are moving but you are dedicated to being stronger and healthier and this is all it matters! 

My commitment to you is to never stop learning and always provide the best and the most accurate evidence-based information about fitness, health, and wellbeing. 

My mission is to educate and empower you with knowledge about your body and mind for you to live a happier and healthier lifestyle!
